Shipping Information

Orders for your unique, personalised paintings are processed within 5-14 days after payment confirmation and placed in a queue.  I will personally contact you if any unforeseen delays occur.  I offer shipping worldwide through Australia Post, striving to reach any destination.  Please note that estimated delivery times are provided after shipping and can vary depending on your location, customs procedures and potential external delays.  These estimates are guides only, reflecting my best efforts to get your artwork to you in a timely manner.  Packing & shipping within Australia for all orders is $20. International shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.

Artwork Disclaimers & Guarantees

All artworks offered through Tylee-Sara Healing & Connection originate from my own concepts and designs. Some pieces are entirely hand-painted and hand-drawn, while others are based on my original artwork and then digitally enhanced in my signature style to add depth, detail and vibrancy.  The artwork prints featured on this site are created from my original paintings and have been refined digitally to achieve a high-detail, professional finish.  Whether traditional, hybrid, or fully digital, every creation reflects my personal artistic vision and is unique to Tylee-Sara.  Original hand-created artworks are made using professional-grade paints on archival-quality paper to ensure lasting vibrancy and integrity. Each piece is crafted with care and meets the quality standards represented by the art materials I use.  To preserve your painting, it is recommended to frame it with a mat or spacer so the artwork does not touch the glass. Avoid placing in direct sunlight to maintain colour and quality over time.

By purchasing from Tylee-Sara Healing & Connection, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Service
All artworks and readings are created with intuitive guidance and spiritual intent. They are intended for inspiration, reflection and personal growth and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

2. Payments 
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars). 
Full payment is required before any artwork or reading is commenced. 
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Turnaround Time 
Each creation is made with care and attunement to Spirit. Timeframes may vary depending on order volume and creative flow.  You will be notified if any unexpected delays arise.

4. Refunds & Returns 
Due to the custom and intuitive nature of these offerings, all sales are final. 
Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your item arrives faulty or damaged.  Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order.

5. Responsibility  
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. 
By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for how you interpret and apply the messages, insights or artworks you receive.

6. Ownership & Copyright
