Shipping Information

Physical artworks are carefully packaged with intention and sent via Australia Post.  A flat packing and postage fee of $25 applies to physical artwork orders.  Digital artworks are delivered directly to your nominated email address and do not incur shipping fees.

 

Artwork Disclaimers & Guarantees

All artworks offered through Tylee-Sara Healing & Connection originate from my own original concepts, intuitive visions and hand-created designs.  Some artworks are entirely hand-painted and hand-drawn, while others are created from my original paintings and gently refined digitally to enhance clarity, depth and vibrancy for print.  This process honours the integrity, energy and intention of the original artwork.  Fine art prints featured on this site are professionally produced from my original paintings and carefully refined to achieve a high-quality, detailed finish.  Whether traditional, hybrid or digitally refined, every creation reflects my personal artistic vision and remains uniquely Tylee-Sara.  Original hand-created artworks are produced using professional-grade materials on archival quality paper to support longevity, vibrancy and care over time.

 

Care & Copyright
To preserve your artwork, it is recommended to frame with a mat or spacer so the artwork does not touch the glass and to avoid direct sunlight or moisture.  All artwork and imagery remain the copyright of Tylee-Sara Healing & Connection © and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Tylee-Sara Healing & Connection, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Service
All artworks and readings are created with intuitive guidance and spiritual intent. They are intended for inspiration, reflection and personal growth and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

2. Payments 
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars). 
Full payment is required before any artwork or reading is commenced. 
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Turnaround Time 
Each creation is made with care and attunement to Spirit. Timeframes may vary depending on order volume and creative flow.  You will be notified if any unexpected delays arise.

4. Refunds & Returns 
Due to the custom and intuitive nature of these offerings, all sales are final. 
Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your item arrives faulty or damaged.  Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order.

5. Responsibility  
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. 
By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for how you interpret and apply the messages, insights or artworks you receive.

6. Ownership & Copyright 
All content, images and artworks remain the intellectual property of Tylee-Sara Healing & Connection and are protected under copyright law.  They may not be reproduced, copied, used or fed into AI systems in any form without express written permission.  All creations on this site are sacred — please respect the magic and integrity of the work.
