Information

Each artwork and intuitive reading is created with care and intention. Please read the following information before purchasing.

Shipping

Physical artworks are carefully packaged and sent via Australia Post. A flat $20 postage and packing fee applies within Australia.
Digital artworks are delivered by email and have no shipping fee.

Artwork

All artworks are created from my own original concepts, intuitive visions and artistic work. Pieces may be hand-painted, hand-drawn or created from my original artwork and digitally refined for clarity and print quality.
Original artworks are created using professional-quality materials and archival-quality paper.
As each piece is individually and intuitively created, colours, details and interpretations may vary.

Intuitive Readings

Artworks and readings incorporating intuitive or spiritual guidance are provided for inspiration, reflection and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You must be 18 years or older to purchase an intuitive reading.

Payment & Turnaround

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Full payment is required before commissioned artwork or readings commence.
Turnaround times may vary depending on the nature of the work and current order volume. I will contact you if an unexpected delay occurs.

Refunds & Returns

As personalised artworks and readings are created specifically for you, refunds are not offered for change of mind once work has commenced.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply. If your artwork or service does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.
If your physical artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible after delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging.
